Ever heard of the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum in New York City? Neither had I until my boyfriend had shared this video with me. After watching I was hooked, I had to go.

All the way uptown, even past the MET, you will find the Cooper Hewitt Museum. Enter through the Garden on 5th ave and 91st or enter in the main entrance on 5th ave between 91st and 92nd street. As said by Insider is "the perfect museum for those that hate museums."

Interactive pens guide you through the museum that allow you to save information about what you have seen for later. The museum has something for everyone to see. Fashion, beauty, sculptures, and even an interactive room where you can create your own design.

My favorite part about the museum were the swivel chairs found in the side garden. Why? Well cause I'm a child still and it was the perfect seating for the first real day of spring in NYC.
